What Remains: The Life and Work of Sally Mann directed by Steven Cantor and released in 1994 is a portrait of renowned American photographer Sally Mann. Mann´s most know work would probably be her photographs of her own children, series called “Immediate Family.” What remains follows Mann as while working on a photo series revolving around of death and decay. She also reflects on her previous work and her three now grown children talk about being photographed by their mother and the “Immediate Family” series.
